Twilight Tours will be running 5.30pm – 6.30pm every Tue – Sat during Carnival:

Check in for your tour at the Laurel Bank Park Info Hub (near the car park off Hill Street)

Tickets cost $15 per person, and bookings are essential!

Refunds
All tickets are non-refundable.
Cancellation (by TCOF)
In the event of cancellation by Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (such as extreme weather event), refunds will be processed via the ticketing provider.
Exchanges
Guests can exchange their tickets for alternate tour dates up to 7 days prior to departure via their Ticketbooth online account. Due to tour staffing, exchanges cannot be facilitated within 7 days of departure. Guests may choose to exchange their Twilight Tour tickets to attend Behind the Blooms tours in Queens Park Botanic Gardens.
Resale
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (TCOF) and Ticketbooth recommend the use of Tixel, a reputable online ticket resale platform. To list unwanted tickets for sale, visit tixel.com.au. TCOF does not recommend the use of online marketplaces to sell unwanted tickets.
In the event that you sell or gift your ticket to another without using the resale facility, please be sure you/they notify info@tcof.com.au to inform tour staff of the ticketholders name.
Cancellation (by attendee)
In the event that you are unable to attend due to illness or unexpected circumstances, no refund will be issued. TCOF encourage the use of resale or exchange facilities. Please note that this is an all-weather event.
Our Twilight Tours are a one-hour tour of Laurel Bank Park hosted by Toowoomba Regional Council gardeners. You’ll tour the park during the twilight hours and learn about the gardens, Carnival plantings and even some tips for your home garden!
Twilight Tours run every Tuesday to Saturday during Carnival, starting Friday 12 September. Each tour runs from 5.30pm to 6.30pm.
Check in for you tour at the Info Hub (near the Hill Street park entrance) at 5.30pm sharp. Your tour guide will meet you here.
