Northern Relish – slow-cooked chicken mince with Northern Thai tomato relish (Nam Prik Ong), served with seasonal vegetables and a crispy tuile and riceberry rice.
A colourful tropical and refreshing cocktail with passionfruit, coconut and orange flavours, served over ice and topped off with floral Ink Gin.
