Pit Yard
See firsthand how to grill like a pro, as the team behind Shank Brothers demonstrate their award-winning BBQ skills. The pit yard will showcase a range of proteins cooked over woodfire, BBQs and low and slow, seasoned to perfection and guaranteed to have your mouth-watering.

Special guest – Chris Bollins is the co-founder of Brisbane’s Barbecue Mafia.
The passionate pit master has been competing in competitive BBQ since 2014 and with the Mafia Team has won multiple Australian awards and has competed in the World Series of BBQ in Kansas, twice, placing 11th and then 5th in the prestigious brisket category against 500 of the world’s best.  Chris is an expert in reverse searing, from basic charcoal to live fire techniques specialising in Weber grills.

Treat your tastebuds and polish up your knowledge at these free tasting sessions, showcasing some of the festival’s best wine and cheese and craft beer on offer.

Indulge in delicious artisan cheeses handpicked to compliment stunning local wines featuring delicious regional grape varieties. This masterclass will provide an opportunity to experiences the best wine and cheeses from Southern Queensland!

Beer Appreciation
Whether you have trouble telling your pale ale from your pilsner or are a self-professed craft beer lover, our Beer Appreciation sessions are for you. Learn about the brewing process, different beer styles and the booming craft beer industry in South-East Queensland.

Farm to Fork

Cubby House
The Cubby House will be home to fun for all the bite-sized humans, featuring face painting and arts and crafts, as well as Bunnings sessions to make-your-own flower photo frame.

Who doesn’t love sipping on a spritz in the springtime? The Cocktail & Wine Bar is the perfect meeting spot to settle in with friends away from the crowds.
