Plant Your Brand at Queensland’s Most Colourful Springtime Celebration
5 January 2026
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, Queensland’s most iconic celebration of spring, has today launched its 2026 Sponsorship Prospectus, inviting businesses across Queensland, interstate and beyond to “plant their brand” at an event that continues to bloom bigger each year.
Fresh from receiving Silver at the 2025 Queensland Tourism Awards, the 2026 prospectus opens the door to meaningful, creative and high-impact partnerships across one of the state’s most beloved and award-winning events.
Owned and delivered by Toowoomba Regional Council, the Carnival attracts more than 400,000 attendees annually. In 2025, it generated more than 830 media items, reaching an audience of 18.6 million across print, radio, television and digital platforms.
Toowoomba Regional Council CEO, Sal Petroccitto OAM, said the Carnival’s strength lies in its identity and its deep community connection. “Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is more than a festival, it’s a celebration of place, people and pride. We work closely with our partners, going far beyond placing a logo on a brochure.
“We cultivate relationships that grow year after year, and in 2026 we are excited to welcome new organisations who want to stand out, connect with diverse audiences and be part of a truly iconic Queensland tradition,” he said.
Now entering its 77th year, Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers is calling on organisations to join its legacy of colour, community and creativity. With visitors travelling from across Queensland, interstate and internationally, the event offers unmatched visibility for brands looking to engage couples, families, group travellers and locals.
