Take your pick of mouthwatering sweet treats and irresistible savoury bites that’ll have you going back for more. Pair your foodie finds with something cold and refreshing; browse a fantastic selection of craft beers, Queensland wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic options to suit every palate.

Every ticket includes entry to Sip and Savour tasting sessions, the Flavour Lab chef stage, Flower Crown making, Cubby House kids’ zone, access to food stalls and bars, and live music all weekend. Want to go all out? Upgrade your experience with hands-on masterclasses in the Mixing Bowl, creative craft sessions at Handmade Hub or the exclusive Canopy Club dining experience — your shaded, reserved seat to all the action.

A few things to know before you go: Seating is limited, so feel free to bring along a folding chair or picnic blanket to make yourself comfortable. FEASTival is a licensed event — no BYO alcohol or other drinks or food please — and bag checks will be in place on entry. Unfortunately, this event is not pet-friendly, so please leave your pooch at home.

Venue offers accessible parking nearby, wheelchair access and an accessible bathroom. Please note that the event is hosted outdoors on grassed surfaces.

Delve into the delicious world of cheese in this insightful masterclass with an expert cheesemaker from Bunya Cheese. Discover the art of making and maturing cheese, and learn how ageing transforms fresh curds into rich, complex flavours.

Through guided explanation and tasting, you’ll explore how texture, aroma and taste develop across different cheese styles. From creamy brie to bold cheddar, uncover how technique and time shape the character of each variety.

Each guest will enjoy a small cheese platter during the session, offering a delicious opportunity to taste, compare and appreciate the craft of cheesemaking.

Inspired by the vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean, this relaxed workshop is all about sharing, tasting and creating together. Hosted by celebrity chef Dominique Rizzo, it celebrates bold flavour and communal dining.

At shared tables, guests will mix herbs and spices to create their own flavour blends, turning them into crusted cheese bites to swap and sample. Served with flatbreads, olives and good olive oil, the session leans into the joy of relaxed, Mediterranean‑style mezze.

Guests will finish with their own mezze tasting platter to enjoy at the event.

There’s nothing like the satisfaction of fresh pasta made from scratch and this masterclass brings the tradition to life. Hosted by La Pizzaiola, it covers the fundamentals of classic Italian pasta making.

Begin with a guided demonstration before kneading, rolling and refining pasta dough yourself. Learn how to use a pasta machine to sheet and shape a classic style, with expert support throughout.

By the end of the session, each participant will have crafted fresh pasta and enjoy tasting it served with a simple, flavourful Napoli sauce.

Rare, aromatic and deeply indulgent, truffles take centre stage in this immersive discovery experience with an expert from Truffle Discovery Centre Stanthorpe.

Learn how to identify quality truffles, understand grading and selection, and discover what sets premium truffles apart, including how aroma and freshness influence their use in different dishes.

A guided tasting journey follows, featuring four truffle‑inspired canapés and carefully crafted flavour pairings that showcase how truffle enhances both sweet and savoury ingredients.

To round out the experience, a hands‑on moment invites you to build a mince and potato vol‑au‑vent finished with truffle smoked salt, truffle mustard mash, truffled pasta sauce and truffle aioli.

Soak up the atmosphere with live music performances all weekend long from talented local artists. Feeling creative? Stop by and make your own flower crown for free — the perfect finishing touch to your Carnival look. On Sunday, our Carnival Choir takes to the stage for a crowd-pleasing singalong led by local performers HighTide. Add the free choir upgrade to your Sunday ticket and join in the fun! Carnival Choir participants are encouraged to attend a relaxed rehearsal at the venue on Friday night prior to FEASTival.

This is a licenced event and you may be asked to show photo ID to confirm you are 18+ years of age, for a wristband on entry.

Youth and Children Tickets
All youth and children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian ticketholder.

Cancellation (by TCOF)
In the event of cancellation of the event prior to commencement by Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (such as extreme weather event), refunds will be processed via the ticketing provider. No refunds will be offered if any part of the event is cancelled due to weather or on any reasonable basis, or any cause outside the control of Council, after the commencement of the event.

Exchanges
Guests can exchange their tickets for an alternate date up to 7 days prior to departure via their Ticketbooth online account (subject to ticket availability). Exchanges are only available for tickets on alternate days within FEASTival, not for exchange to other events.

Resale
Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (TCOF) and Ticketbooth recommend the use of Tixel, a reputable online ticket resale platform. To list unwanted tickets for sale, visit tixel.com.au. TCOF does not recommend the use of online marketplaces to sell unwanted tickets.

Cancellation (by attendee)
In the event that you are unable to attend due to illness or unexpected circumstances, no refund will be issued. TCOF encourage the use of resale or exchange facilities. Please note that this is an all-weather event.
Ticket purchase and entry to FEASTival (“event”) are subject to the following conditions. The term “event” within these conditions includes reference to the area set aside for FEASTival plus any and all of the activities that take place in that area. “Entrant” includes a person who has entered the event. “Ticket holder” means any person who has purchased a ticket to the event whether they are an Entrant or not. The event organiser is Toowoomba Regional Council (“Council”).
Council reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject from the event any person who does not comply with any of these conditions.

1. Admission
a. Council reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, including any person holding a valid ticket, for reasonable cause, without notice.
b. Entrants must comply with all directions given by Council, including any directions to leave the event.

2. Change of Program
Council reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, attractions and amenities and to vary programs, seating arrangements, and audience capacity of the event.

3. Searches
Entrant’s belongings may be searched on entry to the event, or during the event. Entrants consent to such searches. Entrants may be required to leave the event if they refuse a request to have their belongings searched, and will not be refunded or otherwise compensated.

4. Footwear
Entrants must wear footwear while at the event.

5. Items Not Permitted
a. Entrants must not bring food to the event. Food items that are found during a search, or at any time during the event, will be confiscated. Council accepts no responsibility for confiscated items.
b. Entrants may not bring in alcohol, illegal drugs and controlled substances, weapons or other items deemed dangerous by Council to the event.

6. Animals
a. Entrants may not bring animals to the event, except disability assistance animals, such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other animals trained to assist the Entrant with a disability.
b. All disability assistance animals must be on a lead at all times while at the event. An Entrant with a disability assistance animal may be liable for any injury, loss, or damage caused by the animal at the event.

7. Recording, Transmission and Exhibition
a. Entrants agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event other than for private non-commercial purposes.
b. Entrants grant permission to Council to use their name, image, likeness, or statements in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at the event without further authorisation from, or compensation to the Entrant.

8. Offensive Behaviour
Entrants will not conduct themselves in a manner that is inappropriate, offensive to others, or illegal. Council reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject a person who conducts themselves in such a manner.

9. Alcohol and Drugs
a. The event is licensed to provide alcohol. Entrants must not bring alcohol in to the event.
b. Alcohol may be consumed in a permitted area of the event (“the permitted area”). Entrants must not consume alcohol in areas other than the permitted area. The permitted area will be signed appropriately.
c. Entrants who are under 18 years of age (“minors”) will only be permitted entry to the permitted area if accompanied by a parent / guardian who is responsible for the care and supervision of the minor whilst in the permitted area.
d. An Entrant who is 18 years or over may be given on entry to the event a wrist band to identify that they are permitted to drink alcohol at the event. Any person wishing to drink alcohol at the event may be required to provide a driver’s licence, current passport or proof of age card.
e. Any minor found drinking alcohol may, in Council’s sole discretion, be refused entry to or ejected from the event.
f. Any person supplying alcohol to a minor or any person deemed to be assisting or contributing to the supply of alcohol to a minor may, in Council’s sole discretion, be refused entry to or ejected from the event.
g. Any person who is deemed to be adversely affected by the consumption of alcohol or affected by the consumption of drugs may, in Council’s sole discretion, be refused entry to or ejected from the event.
h. Any person who is deemed to be unduly intoxicated or disorderly will, in Council’s sole discretion, not be sold any alcohol or provided with alcohol for consumption and may, in Council’s sole discretion, be refused entry to or ejected from the event.
i. Liqueurs cannot be purchased by the glass for consumption at the event. Tastings of 3ml samples are permitted.
j. Sealed containers of alcohol may be taken away from the event.
k. Unsealed containers of alcohol cannot be taken away from the event and will disposed of by security.

10. Smoking
Entrants may only smoke in a Designated Smoking Area that has signs indicating that smoking is permitted in that designated area.

11. Acceptance of Risk and Limitation of Liability
Persons purchasing tickets or entering the event do so at their own risk. Entrants and ticket holders assume all risks associated with and incidental to the event, whether before, during or after the event. The risks assumed by Entrants and ticket holders include any risks caused by Council in ensuring compliance with the Conditions of Sale of Tickets and Entry. Entrants and ticket holders waive any claims for personal injury or death against Council on behalf of Entrants and any accompanying minor.

12. Ticketing and Non-refund Policy
a. Tickets are sold on the condition that purchasers are not entitled to a refund in any of the following circumstances.
i. If you choose not to attend the event.
ii. If you are unable to attend the event for any reason, including illness.
iii. If you attend the event and are unsatisfied.
iv. If the program of the event is changed, or any parts of the event.
v. If any part of the event is cancelled due to weather or on any reasonable basis, or any cause outside the control of Council, after the commencement of the event.
vi. If you lose your ticket or do not bring your ticket to the event.
vii. If you are refused entry or ejected for any reason in accordance with the Conditions of Sale of Tickets and Entry.
b. In the event of cancellation of any part of or the entire event Council is not liable to arrange a substitute event.
c. Persons for whom a ticket is being purchased must be present when purchasing tickets from the gate.
d. You are entitled to give or sell your ticket to someone else, if you wish.
e. Council reserves the right to refuse entry to any person producing a duplicated or altered ticket.

13. Pass-outs
Pass-outs may be issued at the discretion of Council.

14. Data Use
You agree that we can collect and keep personal information about you and all ticket allocations including name, address, email, telephone number of all ticket allocation. We may need to disclose your personal information as required by law or as permitted under the Information Privacy Act 2009. The Toowoomba Regional Council’s Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle your personal information.

Yes! There are a limited number of early bird tickets available for FEASTival, until 31 May or sold out.

We encourage you to wrangle all your friends and family to come along , but each patron will need to purchase a full price ticket. These amounts vary from early bird to final release. For the best ticket price, jump online during the early bird period, but be quick these are strictly limited!

There will be no payment facilities at the event, all tickets must be purchased online. In the instance you arrive on the day without a ticket, QR codes will be placed on signage for you to purchase on your phone.

Yes, children require tickets for entry. Pricing is dependent on your child’s age:

Child tickets are to be purchased for those aged between 2-12 years old.

Yes, we accept concessions for FEASTival. Valid concessions include Pensioner Concession Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Health Care Card, Seniors Card, DVA Card, Tertiary Student Cards.

Add-ons can be purchased with your general admission tickets to upgrade your FEASTival experience. In 2026 we’re offering three different upgrade types:

Mixing Bowl
Small-group masterclasses covering everything from pasta making and cheesemaking to sweet treats and fresh mezze, all led by expert hosts. Classes run on both Saturday and Sunday at a cost of $35 each.

Handmade Hub
Slow down and get creative at a hosted craft session! Choose from painted drink coasters with The Sip Studio, or paint your own ceramic piece with The Wonky Wheel Pottery Studio. Sessions run on Saturday and Sunday at a cost of $35.

Canopy Club
A beautiful, reserved seating area nestled beneath the avenue of trees with front-row views over the stage. Each ticket covers two adults and includes your choice of a 4-pack of craft beer or a bottle of wine, a stubby cooler or reusable wine glass to take home and two food vouchers to spend with onsite vendors. This is an 18+ area and costs $113 (for two adults).

General Admission tickets include entry into the event precinct, a live cooking demonstrations program headlined by celebrity chefs Nornie Bero, Simon Toohey and Dominique Rizzo, beer, wine and distillery tastings, live music, flower crown making, kids activities and access food stalls and a licenced bar.

All vendors will have card facilities; it is up to the individual business if they accept cash. The bar outlets and event merchandise outlets are cashless.

All our vendors will be serving up delicious gourmet street food. The serves will be designed so you can treat yourself to many dishes from different outlets.

No BYO (Bring Your Own) food or drinks – come hungry and treat yourself to the delicious offerings from our amazing food and wine stalls instead! The only exception is for your little ones.

The Flavour Lab stage is a live cooking demonstration stage, everyone at FEASTival can watch these sessions, with a handful of lucky attendees being invited to sample some of the food cooked.

Our Mixing Bowl program is an interactive activation space, with limited capacity per session and a more intimate setting. The content of each sessions varies, but will all feature informative and entertaining tips and tricks that relate to the topic. Some sessions have a hands-on component where you get to create your own items to enjoy at the event, others will include food to Purchase your Mixing Bowls add-ons when you buy your FEASTival tickets.

Your best chance to see Nornie, Simon and Dominique up and personal is at the Flavour Lab stage. There are no meet and greet opportunities.

Yes, we would love for the whole family to enjoy what FEASTival has to offer. Please note as the event is licensed, there will be liquor consumed onsite by patrons over the age of 18.

The Kids Zone will operate from 11am – 5pm on both days and feature a range of free activities for the young and young at heart. Children must be supervised at all times; this zone is not a drop off service.

The Kids Zone is best suited for kids between 3 – 10 years old.

Queens Park is generally flat and suitable for prams, there is a combination of grassy surfaces and some sealed pathways.

Yes, baby change facilities are available in the accessible toilet units.

Picnic vibes encouraged! You’re welcome to pack your own picnic setup, as well as your favourite portable chair to ensure your entire group can sit together at the event.

There is some seating and shade inside the venue, tables cannot be reserved and are occupied on a first come first serve basis.

You’ll find accessible parking nearby and FEASTival is accessible for guests with mobility aids, however please note that the event is hosted outdoors on grassed surfaces. Some sealed pathways are available, along with an accessible toilet.

There are no ATMs onsite at FEASTival. The bar outlets and merchandise shop are cashless. Vendor sites will all have EFTPOS and some will accept cash.

Yes, security will be conducting bags checks at FEASTival entry and you agree to these terms and conditions when purchasing a ticket.

We think springtime is the perfect time for an outdoor event and the fun will continue in light rain. In the instance of extreme weather, attendees will be notified if the event is cancelled.
