Egyptian style pulled lamb salad with sumac onions, roasted garbanzo beans and a citrus tahini dressing.
Hot honey halloumi with herby smashed avocado, micro-greens and a sweet but spicy honey drizzle, served on a toasted bagel with a slice of lime.
Salmon in full bloom! Norwegian smoked salmon rosettes with creamy avocado, fresh rocket, red onion and cherry tomatoes, drizzled with a Dijon honey vinaigrette.
Pea and Prawn Harmony – succulent prawns pan-seared to perfection, served over a silky green pea purée with a touch of zesty lemon herb butter and sweet-spiced chilli jam.
Smoked pork belly lollipop glazed in sticky cherry cola and finished with crunchy crackle crumbs for the perfect sweet, smoky and crispy bite.
Chocolate & Roses – golden fried dusted gnocchi, chocolate ganache and rose syrup macerated berries.
Butterfly Pea Flower Gelato – floral, fresh and handcrafted for Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers!
Chicken Adobo – chicken thighs marinated in soy and simmered in vinegar with garlic, peppercorn and bay leaf. Served with rice.
Corn zucchini cheese fritters – crispy fritters filled with corn, zucchini and cheese on a bed of rocket, mushroom pâté and beetroot hummus. Paired with tangy salsa and a poached egg.
Karaage chicken burger – lettuce, tomato, pickled red onion and house made Karaage chicken finished with kewpie mayo, on a milk bun and chips.
Japanese style honey soy Karaage chicken with salad and a rich sesame dressing – bunches of texture and flavour!
