We’re on the hunt for tasty local food vendors to join the fun at this year’s Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers. Each year, our gardens burst into colour and thousands of guests flock to town looking for great food and good times. That’s where you come in!

What We're Looking For

We need food and drink vendors who can:

Stick around for the entire 18 days (it’s a marathon, not a sprint!)
Handle whatever weather comes our way (sunshine, showers, or anything in between)
Cook up crowd-pleasing treats that keep visitors coming back for more
Keep your food safe and your customers happy
Bring a stall that looks as good as your food tastes
