Join us on our gourmet Foodie Dinner Tour – enjoy the lush lawn and garden views with your entree at Kingfisher Cafe, followed by mains at a local favourite, Urban Grounds, and then a scrumptious dessert at the beautiful Gip’s Restaurant, one of Toowoomba’s most historical buildings.

Tour includes all meals and a drink at each venue, with pick up from meeting place and driven to each venue by bus.

FAQs

Your health and wellbeing is our main priority and we have taken measures to ensure your safety when travelling on our Foodie Tours.

Our coaches for the Foodie Tour are thoroughly cleaned before each tour starts with meticulous attention to sanitising all surfaces.

We ask that you take personal responsibility for your own wellbeing – including hygiene measures as recommended by the World Health Organisation.

These include regular hand washing and sanitising, no sharing of products or food. We take our supplier relationships very seriously and in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, there are no exceptions.

All participating suppliers will be required to meet Queensland Chief Health Officer directives in relation to food services.

I haven’t received my ticket, what do I do?
Check your Junk Mail and Spam folders for an order confirmation email from IWT Emailer. If you have received this email, please follow the link in the email text to complete the mandatory ticketing questions for each attendee. Once this is completed and saved, your tickets will be emailed to you. Please allow up to an hour for your tickets to show in your email inbox.

If you have completed all the mandatory ticketing questions for each attendee and still not received your tickets, please go to the bottom of the ticketing section of this page and click RESEND TICKETS and enter your email address.

If you have completed all of these steps and still don’t have your tickets, please call us on 131 872.

What is the refund policy?
Cancellation fees apply for bookings cancelled within 14 days of departure – no refund will be issued. If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to give your ticket to someone else. The name on the ticket doesn’t need to match the person that attends. Please note that tours go ahead rain, hail or shine.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
You can choose to either bring your printed ticket to the event or show your ticket or the QR code on your mobile device. This will be scanned upon entry.

Where do I meet?
The tour meeting location is the Gips Restaurant, at the bus stop in front on Russell Street.

What are the parking options?
Street parking is available.

Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be aged 18 years or over.

How long does the tour go for?
The tour concludes at Gips Restaurant at 9pm.
