Laurel Bank Park

Laurel Bank Park is one of Toowoomba’s premier parks and provides a majestic oasis close to the heart of town.

The park features manicured gardens, stunning mature trees, a scented garden for the visually impaired, children’s play equipment, barbecue and picnic areas and even two croquet lawns. With over 70,000 flowers growing and blooming for Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers each year

Councils talented team of gardeners are happy to answer questions about the park, floral displays and plants onsite during the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers
Open 8.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm Weekends.

Parkland Entertainment
Every weekend is blooming with Parkland Entertainment! Pack a picnic and bring the family along to musical delights and activities amongst the flower beds.
Session times: Friday- Sunday: 9.30am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.30pm. Monday – Thursday: 2.00pm to 5.30pm.

Floral Displays
Laurel Bank Park is one of Toowoomba’s many gems and not to be missed! The wonderfully manicured gardens and laneways, as well as the platform views of the themed garden, make for a sensational floral walk.

Twilight Tours
Enter the twilight zone and discover the secret world of the parklands by night. This is your chance to see and hear from the experts about the darker side of plant life in a one-hour nocturnal tour of Laurel Bank Park.
