Immerse yourself in the early history of the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers at Queensland Museum Cobb+Co. Step back in time with footage sourced from the Bolton film collection, showcasing the early days of this iconic event.
Witness the 1950s fashion, the creativity of floats, and the Carnival Queens, all captured amidst the bustling streets of Toowoomba. You will also be able to see Queensland Museum Cobb+Co’s collection objects in action, as our very own Coach No. 100 can be seen gliding through the streets as a part of the 1950s festivities.
