A very special event for our 75th birthday – this open-air concert will be an evening to remember!
Performed by the full Queensland Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Chief Conductor Umberto Clerici in his first trip to the Garden City, this grand performance will feature several classics:

Accessibility at QSO:
Most of the site is lawn; there is an incline up to the seating area. An accessible toilet is on site.
Companion cards
Companion cards are accepted for the lawn area only. Guests must present their Companion Card on entry.
Seating
Lawn area – there will be a designated spot within the lawn area for guests that require mobility devices to sit.
Seated area – there will be a dedicated row with seats removed for guests that require their mobility device to sit, for ease of access. If you would like to sit in another area, please liaise with our friendly ushers on the night, they’ll be happy to assist.

✨ What should I wear?
Whatever you like! Dressing up or simply smart casual – just be sure to bring a jumper in case it gets cold.
✨ When should I arrive?
Gates open at 5.30pm, with food vendors and a bar operating from this time. You’re welcome to come in, grab something to eat and find your seat.
The performance will commence at 7pm.
✨ Can I bring my own food and drink?
Food and drink will be available for purchase on the night. Please note that no food or drink can be brought into the event (other than sealed water).
✨ Where should I park?
Parking is available at many areas around the Toowoomba CBD and Queens Park.
– Free street parking after 5pm along Hume Street, Margaret Street, Burstow Street, Kitchener Street and Lindsay Street
– Free parking area after 5pm available at Annand Street, Chalk Lane, and Julia Street carparks.
– Paid parking areas available at Toowoomba Bus Interchange
✨ Where do I enter?
Box office will be located at Frogs Hollow, with entry from the corner of Margaret and Hume Streets.
✨ What should I bring?
Cards to purchase food, drink, or souvenirs.
BYO camping chairs or picnic blankets if your tickets are for the lawn area
Warm clothing and/or a blanket in case it’s cold!
Guests with sensitivity to loud noise are welcome to bring earmuffs/ear plugs for a more enjoyable listening experience.

There is no intermission for this performance
✨ Is there a minimum age requirement?
No, this is an all-ages event.
✨ Can I get a pass out?
Guests will be free to move between the seating, food and bar areas during the event, as well as the on site toilets. Pass outs will be available – just remember that you cannot bring food or drinks back into the event.
✨ Will there be programs available?
A digital program will be available on the night, we’ll provide a QR code to direct you there.
What is the refund policy?
No refunds are permitted for this event. If you are unable to attend, you are more than welcome to give your ticket to someone else, or resell your ticket on Oztix’s resale facility, Tixel. In the event of cancellation, Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers and Oztix will provide further information on the refund policy.
Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
You can choose to either bring your printed ticket to the event or show your ticket on your mobile device. All tickets will be scanned at entry.
