High Cheese

High Cheese is a high tea with a twist – instead of scones and sandwiches it’s all about cheese. On its own or with a smorgasbord of regional flavours, if you’re a cheese fiend, this is the event for you!

Celebrity chef Alastair McLeod will host this gourmet style grazing event at historic Spring Bluff Railway Station.

Showcasing spectacular produce from the Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba regions, as well as Queensland based beverages, our High Cheese is a local affair!

Please note, the event site features rough terrain and may only be suitable for able bodied persons. This event is for adults aged 18 years or over.

9:30am – 11:30am or 2pm – 4pm

Ticket includes cheese focussed grazing platters, cocktail on arrival and a two hours drink package.





Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be aged 18 years or over.

How long does the event go for?
There are two sittings; each sitting is two hours in duration.

What are the parking options?
Parking is available at Spring Bluff Railway Station. You may be required to walk a short distance from the lower car park to the Railway Station.

Where is Spring Bluff?
20 minutes’ drive from Toowoomba.

This event will be operating under COVID Safe parameters in line with Queensland Chief Health Officer directives.

I haven’t received my ticket, what do I do?
Check your Junk Mail and Spam folders for an order confirmation email from IWT Emailer. If you have received this email, please follow the link in the email text to complete the mandatory ticketing questions for each attendee. Once this is completed and saved, your tickets will be emailed to you. Please allow up to an hour for your tickets to show in your email inbox.

If you have completed all the mandatory ticketing questions for each attendee and still not received your tickets, please go to the bottom of the ticketing section of this page and click RESEND TICKETS and enter your email address.

If you have completed all these steps and still don’t have your tickets, please call us on 131 872.

What is the refund policy?
Cancellation fees apply for bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event, with no refund issued.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket?
You can choose to either bring your printed ticket to the event or show your ticket or the QR code on your mobile device. This will be scanned upon entry.
