Garden City Backyard Ultra

The Garden City Backyard Ultra is a “last one standing” event starting on 4 October 2025.

A form of ultramarathon race, competitors must consecutively run a 6.71km course in less than one hour, every hour. When each lap is completed, the remaining time within the hour is used to recover and replenish for the next hour’s race. The race finishes when one person completes one more lap than anyone else.
