“Close to our Hearts” Art Exhibition

“Close to Our Hearts” is a treasure trove of life on the Darling Downs, from dusty plains through golden fields of sunflowers to the vibrant gardens of Toowoomba, presented by a group of seven talented members of the Back Road Artists. Each artist has carefully created artworks of subjects they are passionate about, inspired by the familiar, the sentimental and the endearing aspects of their lives.

Visit the Foyer Gallery at Toowoomba Repertory Theatre during Carnival time to see life on the Darlings Downs from an artist’s perspective.

Artists exhibiting include: Terese Eglington, Kerry Chant, Karin Cheetham, Angela Hart, Donna Hockey, Karen Howard and Sarina van der Watt.
