Experience the history of the Australian dairy industry with hands-on activities like milking a cow and churning butter. Don’t miss the opportunity to explore the Big Cow, a seven-times larger-than-life sculpture of an Ayrshire cow. Enjoy live music, delicious food, and a visit to the Dairy Museum or the baby animal nursery. This year, we are celebrating the 30th anniversary of Highfields Pioneer Village on 17 Sept.
