Discover more of Toowoomba’s flavours on this progressive dinner tour beginning with canapes and an exclusive guided tour of Cobb & Co Museum’s Carriage Room. Enjoy mains at the historic Gip’s Restaurant, formerly an 1860s mansion, followed by scrumptious dessert at Picnic Point Restaurant. Tour includes all meals and a drink at each venue.

CANAPÉS – COBB & CO MUSEUM
Drinks: Glass of white wine, sparkling wine of beer
Food: Crab Spring rolls infused with chilli and lime, Gourmet peppercorn beef pies and Bruschetta (Mushroom, mascarpone & toasted hazelnuts or Tomato, basil olives & roast capsicum)
MAIN MEAL – GIP’S RESTAURANT
Drinks: Glass of red wine or white wine
Food: MSA fillet of beef, confit garlic & horseradish mash, buttered spinach & beetroot relish GF OR Pan seared Tasmanian salmon with chilli, lime sambal & pickled vegetable salad GF (alternate drop).
All served with seasonal vegetables.
DESSERT – PICNIC POINT
Drinks: Glass of wine, beer or soft drink
Food: Rosewater and vanilla brulee with sugared flowers and glass biscuits OR Chocolate marquise with honey crème fraiche and pistachio biscotti (alternate drop).
